Please note, receipt of Pos Ekspress envelopes do not require any signatures. It will be left in your post box, or doorstep.

* Colour of items may differ from the picture due to lighting / camera settings. All items are free size, however measurements of each piece can differ. Please email us for measurements if needed.

Postage
* All postage fees shall be borne by the buyer.
* We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
* We shall not be held responsible for delays on behalf of Pos Malaysia; our responsibility ends once the item has been posted.
* Items sent via Pos Ekspres shall be at your own risk. Our rate of lost Pos Ekspres parcels is minimal, currently 2/1000, however, the risk is still there. Please opt for Pos Laju for safer delivery.

Exchanges and Replacements
* Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be entertained, unless the item is defected.
* We check each piece for defects before posting, however we may miss some out. In the event that you receive a defected item, please email koreanladiesstyle@gmail.com with a picture of the defect within 3 days.
* We will evaluate the defect, and offer the following options:
- a replacement item with your next purchase, of the same design
- a replacement item to be sent via Pos Ekspres
* No refunds allowed for sold items.
* Exchanges because an item does not fit is not allowed, as the measurements are available on our blog.
